Our Partners in the Community
Working in agriculture and
calling Sonoma County our home since the 1960's, Redwood Hill Farm is
proud to be partners with these community groups:

- CERES Project
The CERES Project supports individuals dealing with serious illness with free, delivered and nutrient-rich prepared meals, nutrition education, and a community of caring. We involve young people as volunteer gardeners and chefs, giving them direct, hands-on experience of the difference that fresh, healthy foods and community make, and of their own capacity to contribute. We build healthy communities by restoring fresh, whole and organic food to its place as the foundation of health, and by connecting people in heart-centered ways to themselves, others and the earth. - Climate Protection Campaign
The Climate Protection Campaign is a California citizens’ group focused entirely on climate change. We create model programs for communities everywhere to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. To inspire, align, and mobilize action in response to the climate crisis. We work with business, government, youth and the broader community to advance practical, science-based solutions for significant greenhouse gas emission reductions.
- Daily Acts
Daily Acts fulfills a critical role in promoting positive examples to inspire vision, hope and action. Our work is grounded in the principle that simple, mindful choices significantly enrich our lives and world. Citizens and leaders easily become overwhelmed by the diversity and scale of our ecological and social crises. By highlighting amazing people and efforts that demonstrate sustainability, we share the powerful relationships, skills and tools needed for healthy lives and a resilient world. We support sustainability pioneers, empower emerging leaders to share their stories and enable engaged citizens to make bold changes for care of self, people and planet. - Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation
The Laguna de Santa Rosa is the largest freshwater wetlands complex on the northern California coast. The Laguna’s fourteen-mile channel forms the largest tributary to the Russian River, draining a 254-square-mile watershed which encompasses nearly the entire Santa Rosa Plain. Our mission is to protect, restore, and educate the public about the Laguna ecosystem. We have taken on big restoration and conservation science projects, expanded their education programs, and created the Laguna Environmental Center.
- Sebastopol Senior Center
The Sebastopol Senior Center creates and maintains an environment that encourages independence for seniors, provides learning, social, and recreational opportunities in pursuit of an active, healthy life. We provide resources and referrals for seniors, their family members, and other individuals. We also help the greater community understand the aging process and the issues that surround that process. - Sonoma Humane Society

The Sonoma Humane Society has a long and proud history of leading the fight to end overpopulation and rescue, rehabilitate and place thousands of animals into loving homes. Founded in 1931, we are a non-profit, charitable organization funded solely with donations from individuals, - Sonoma Land Trust
