How We Ship Redwood Hill Farm Cheese

Due to the perishable nature of cheese and our commitment to the quality of our cheese, we ship only  FedEx overnight Monday through Wednesday. We have streamlined our packaging to keep ship costs to a minimum for you and to reduce the amount of packaging that gets disposed of. Please reuse and recycle everything you can!

Redwood Hill Farm Cheese Shipping Rates (FedEx overnight)

Shipping charges for our cheese items are determined by the state to which the order is being shipped. There is an individual charge for each collection that you order.

Note: zone 4 rate is for the cities of Honolulu in HI, and Anchorage in AK only. For delivery into other areas of those states, please call for pricing.

Tracking Your Order

We track shipments  daily to confirm timely delivery. We pack our cheeses for maximum freshness and recommend that the cheese be refrigerated within a few hours of delivery.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the recipient will be home on the day of delivery. If in doubt, consider shipping to recipient's place of business or calling the gift recipient in advance. FedEx will not require a signature at residential addresses and they will leave the package if no one is at home. If you are not comfortable with your package being left at the door if you are not home, please indicate in the message area of your order and we can arrange FedEx to require a signature before leaving your package.
