PUMPKIN OAT KEFIR SMOOTHIE

We’re breakfast people. As such, we take advantage of seasonal changes to celebrate the bounty of Fall! This pumpkin oat smoothie is as satiating as it is delicious. One of the best parts? It supports the immune system thanks to the billions of probiotics from the Goat Milk Kefir and high volume of Vitamin C found in pumpkin. So, enjoy one of our favorite Fall ways to dig into a delicious, supportive breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 C Redwood Hill Farm Plain Goat Milk Kefir
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup of oats (or your favorite granola!)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add everything to the blend in the order that they appear in the 'ingredients' list above, ice being added last.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Enjoy!
