Everyone needs a quick, flavorful go-to egg salad recipe in their back pocket. For us, it’s one that involves just a few ingredients but packs a big flavor. Made with our rich and creamy plain goat milk yogurt, egg salad sandwiches as you know them will forever be changed (for the good, promise!) Throw in some salt and pepper, a little dill, and sandwich between two thick, seedy pieces of toasted sourdough and you’ve got yourself a winning combo.

  • 1/4 cup plain Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery yogurt
  • 4 hard cooked eggs
  • 1 tablespoon roughly chopped dill
  • handful of micro greens or lettuce
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • your favorite toasted seedy sourdough bread


  • In a bowl, give your hard boiled eggs a rough chop
  • Fold in yogurt
  • Add in dill
  • Add salt and pepper, to taste
  • Spread onto your favorite toasted bread (we recommend a seedy and delicious sourdough)
  • Top with micro greens or lettuce
  • Enjoy!
