Probiotic Blueberry Matcha Smoothie

Stoked on all the health benefits of matcha but not so stoked on the taste of grass? Then this is the smoothie for you. The blueberries and bananas mask the matcha flavor while you enjoy this antioxidant-rich, filling, and probiotic-packed glass of goodness.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup baby spinach
1 ripe banana
1 cup Goat Milk Kefir
2 tablespoons old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon matcha powder

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.

Can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir or shake before serving.
