Creamy Basil Kefir Sauce

This ultra-creamy basil kefir sauce is the perfect low-lactose addition to pasta, salads, or even flatbreads! Thanks to the Goat Milk Kefir, your dish will even get a little probiotic boost, too. Yay, microbiome!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

1 cup Redwood Hill Farm Plain Goat Milk Kefir
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
½ cup Fresh basil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
¾ cup Parmesan cheese grated
¼ teaspoon Pepper
¼ teaspoon Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Add ingredients to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
