Smooth and Spicy Avocado Dip

This dip is creamy, zesty, spicy and salty - it is the best of all worlds. You can tweak it to your personal preferences by playing with the amounts of herbs and spices and blend it to your preferred texture. The key ingredient which is not to be messed with is our goat milk kefir. It gives this recipe the creamy slightly tangy twist on a traditional avocado dip which you don't want to miss.

What you'll need

2 ripe avocados
2 garlic cloves
1/4 medium sized onion
1/4 cup of Redwood Hill Farm Plain Kefir
Cilantro (to taste or personal preference)
1 or 2 Serrano Chiles (to taste or personal preference)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of Black Pepper
Juice of Half a Lemon


Blend to your preferred texture.

Serve cold with veggies or chips!
