  • 4 teaspoon of Redwood Hill Farm & Creamery Goat Milk Yogurt
  • 3 teaspoon of chili jam
  • 2 oz simple syrup
  • 6 oz Gin (we used Gin by Griffo Distillery)
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • Mint for garnish


  • Add jam, simple syrup, gin, lemon juice, and ice to shaker
  • Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds
  • Add yogurt, shake for several more seconds
  • Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice
  • Garnish with mint
  • Enjoy!
